The Igniting Imagination podcast, presented by Texas Methodist Foundation, is an amazing resource for ministry leaders. In this episode, we listen to a conversation with Lisa Greenwood, Bishop Janice Huie, and Tod Bolsinger, author of Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed in the Crucible of Change.
Dr. Bolsinger’s invitation resonates with the purpose and the process of The Art of WellBeing. His fundamental claim: “A tempered leader is formed in the crucible of leading through reflection, relationships, and a rule of life in a rhythm of leading and not leading.”
The Art of WellBeing group coaching course offers safe space for authentic and vulnerable dialogue with other leaders in similar vocational settings. Each session is preceded by reflection questions and written responses. Open and honest conversation with other leaders creates supportive relationships. And the hoped-for outcome from these coaching conversations is that participants will craft a Rule of Life for leading. I hope you will make time to listen to this wise and insightful conversation.
